Role:
We are looking for an individual with very strong management experience with a passion for process improvement and strategy. This second level manager role resides in Public Order Management within the Global Business Operations team. This individual will oversee the day to day operations of the Federal Order Management team as well as help define strategy for the team. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with the sales teams and the offshore teams.

Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Federal Order Management organization. They will also be responsible for developing strategy to best support Federal customers. The Federal Order Management team has multiple roles performing different functions. A successful candidate will ensure that the strategy for each of these functions is in synch with the segment strategy.
This role will also be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining sales support processes in response to competitive markets, customer needs and/or sales process improvement. This individual will ensure programs are current with regard to trends, practices, and costs and also leverage and maximize the use of all available training resources and identify specific training needs of different organizational groups to achieve Federal Order Management objectives. Responsible for supporting the Public Order Management team with project management expertise oriented toward process improvement.
This candidate will also work closely with cross functional teams and ensure that the needs of the customers are being met. This role will require regular presentations to Executive sales leadership.

Qualifications
· Excellent track record in people management
· College degree or equivalent work experience
· BPI/Lean/Process Improvement knowledge (certification preferred)
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
