Description: Scholastic, the world's largest publisher and distributor of children's books and a leader in educational technology and children's media, is currently seeking a: Implementation Manager - South Texas
Position Summary:
Manage implementation for assigned accounts:
· Generate strategic implementation plans for assigned accounts by analyzing customer goals and learning objectives; including but not limited to marketing and communication plans.
· Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts with an attention to detail, overseeing the delivery of products and services, tracking customer course progress, and ensuring that all deliverables are met.
· Establish clearly defined success-metrics and progress benchmark schedules to monitor implementation progress.
· Generate on-going progress reports informed by account benchmarks and implementation metrics.
· Implement account-based intervention solutions, as needed, relative to communication and implementation procedures.
· Provide excellent customer service as well as account oversight and management to build strong bridges with clients and foster implementation renewals and upsells.
· Gather customer satisfaction and efficacy data, analyze case data, and resolve issues.
· Create and present formative and summative implementation reports.
· Manage professional book orders and magazine fulfillment.
Marketing:
· Provide regular and ongoing communication with RED team members concerning account goals and objectives. Integrate Marketing team into the development of strategic implementation plans and communication strategies.
· Work directly with Marketing team to plan and execute customized marketing and communication tools to successfully promote implementations.
· Support Account Executives by drafting proposals and preparing promotional materials.
Education Services:
· Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the Education Services team.
· Identify opportunities to streamline operations across regions in the field
· Develop additional service offerings for customers.
· Monitor and support implementation of online project management services
· Act as the point person for providing ongoing implementation support to ensure successful customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree in education or management preferred.
· Experience in sales support and project management.
· Experience in K-12 education preferred.
