PG Program Management Manager III
This role will manage global service program managers who represent Global Services on New and Sustaining Product Core Teams. The Program Manager will exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Typically requires working with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop and execute the service strategy for new product launches and sustaining releases through End of Product Life. Lead a global cross-functional team that ensures readiness of support, service parts, diagnostic tools, training, repair, service offerings, and maintains service quality. Manage and lead the global service team to ensure a successful product launch in accordance with the established PrP guidelines. Develop and execute a Service Strategy that enables a safe product launch. This strategy will include: parts readiness, tech support, online and offline tools, tech support/DSP training, repair center readiness, warranty terms and conditions, tools effectiveness analysis and corrective action, service safe launch, ongoing service support, and service quality. Strong service and operations background.

Qualifications

Responsible for managing a team of service program/project managers in a global environment:
· PrP Certification preferred
· I.T.I.L preferred
· Advanced business acumen and strategic ability
· Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
· Advanced organizational and planning skills
· Advanced priority setting skill-set
· Strong initiative and results
· Advanced ability to communicate clearly
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

· Advanced ability to lead across functions applying organizational agility
· Able to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility
· 8-10 years of relevant work experience
