Summary:
The Manager, Commercial Marketing is responsible to support the Director to drive growth through the development and execution of commercial marketing and brand strategies. In consultation with the Executive Director/VP Hospital marketing will support the Director to develop and execute an annual marketing/communications plan. This plan will be developed in the context of the organization, Hospital and Marketing strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plans and oversees marketing campaigns for assigned areas of responsibility
· Develops marketing plans for new initiatives
· Liaison with Strategic marketing organization to share market insights.
· Supports and manages growth through development and execution of commercial marketing and brand strategies
· Supports customer segmentation and strategic planning as required by the Director.
· Plans and oversees marketing campaigns for assigned areas of responsibility
· Develops marketing plans for new initiatives
· Supports and drives growth through segmentation and targeting initiatives
· Keeps abreast of all trends in the industry
Job Requirements:
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex tasks and meet deadlines

· Proven analytical skills with scientific papers and market intelligence
· Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, verbal, tact, computer and confidentiality
· Ability to support the communications strategy and tactical plan to advance the business objectives of the company and Marketing department.

Job Qualifications:
Education:
Required: B.S. Degree, Marketing or Business
Preferred: MBA Preferred
Experience:
Required: 5-10 years in Commercial Marketing roles
Required: Healthcare Commercial Marketing Experience
Preferred: Understanding of hospitals and the health care industry
Required: Pricing Analysis & Forecasting experience Strategic & Operations Planning experience
Licenses and Certifications
Required: None
Physical and Cognitive
Required: Ability to physically, visually and audibly perform all essential functions. Excellent listening, speaking and presentation skills. Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity
Travel
Required: 30% travel. Customer and prospect visits, focus groups, industry events, trade shows, technical conferences etc
