Main Duties/Job Functions:
· Communicate with all levels of internal and external professionals regarding QTN database requests, SmartWorks, and Care360
· Monitor and respond to public mailbox folders serving clients, sales staff, and customer service representatives
· Place supply orders upon client request
· Maintain and/or update client account information
· Create statistical reports
· Create and enter client database information for third party administrator sub accounts
· Ensure accurate and timely client result reporting
· Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns in reporting processes
· Communicate workflow needs to supervisor as appropriate
· Demonstrate an ability to effectively adapt to and manage change
Required Knowledge:
· Functional knowledge of QTN, SmartWorks, Care360, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and advanced 10-key operation skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to internal or external personnel
Required Experience:
· One to three years customer service experience
· Typing 35 WPM

Associate degree and/or equivalent combination of education/work experiencea
